Understanding and using color theory will add a new dimension to your work. In this exciting workshop you will learn about the color wheel and how it relates to your chosen medium of choice. On the first day of the workshop there will be a lecture period followed by a series of color exercises. Through mixing, you will learn how to control the three components of color: value, temperature and intensity. We will also discuss color schemes and their use in painting. Day two will be spent painting several small works putting principle to practice. Students should have some working knowledge of materials.

This is an in-person class, therefore all social distancing and safe COVID19 practices apply, and masks are required. There will be a limit of 8 students, so please register early.
