LUMINOUS WATERCOLOR with Lynne Yancha
Based on 40 years of experience, Lynne’s goal is not only to share her knowledge of watercolor painting but to encourage you to trust your instincts as you paint. This workshop will focus on figurative and animal subjects. She will address power through design; paint application; the importance of light, mystery, and mistakes; use of white acrylic to enhance details; techniques to make skin tones and techniques to combine elements of abstraction and realism in your watercolor paintings. Lynne will work one on-one with each student addressing each student’s needs and will present numerous demonstrations based on the students’ requests.

You are encouraged to bring your own photograph reference (5x7 or larger and clear) or use one of the references available during the session.3. You will work at your own pace - each student will receive individualized instruction. 4. Don’t worry if your supplies are limited - Lynne will help you get the most of the materials you have.
