The Barnes Foundation, located in Philadelphia, is a renowned Art and Culture institution known for its large collection of modern European art. Housing collections from artists such as, Cézanne, Renoir, Van Gogh and many more. Join us as we travel to Philadelphia and spend a day immersed in art and enriching our minds. 

There will also be time to explore Philadelphia on your own and the Philadelphia Museum of Art is a short 15 minute walk away. Entry to this museum is at the expense of participant.

Thursday November 6th, 2025. 7am-8pm

  • Transportation to and from The Barnes (driver tip included) 
  • General admission ticket to the Barnes
Where to meet

Meet at The York Art Association, 220 S. Marshall St. York Pa 17402, no later than 6:45 am. The bus will be departing promptly at 7:15 am.

Members - $110
Non-Member $125

Refunds and Cancellations
If you cancel your registration, you may be eligible to receive a refund. All cancellations must go through YAA's office either by phone or email. The refund amount you'll receive depends on when you cancel your registration for the trip. 

Before October 1st, receive a 100% refund. 
After October 1st and before October 24th, receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations after October 24th and within 48 hours (late arrivals/no shows) on the day of the trip will not receive a refund. If you are late and miss the departure time. You will not receive a refund.
