CREATE YOUR OWN Manga/Anime GRAPHIC NOVEL (ages 12-17) with Brad Gebhart6/6 - 8/1, 6-8pm | Intermediate | $150 MEM / $175 NON-MEM
Time to take your Anime drawing skills to the next level! You’ve learned to draw faces, convey emotions, illustrate bodies, clothing, fantasy creatures, chibi and robots.
In previous classes we’ve touched upon action, story development and directing your own manga. In this class we will take all those skills and literally create a production ready, 3-4 page, full color story, based on your own characters. In addition, we will print a comic of all the student’s short stories into one larger manga graphic novel.
The outcome of this class will be a compilation of your comics/short stories printed for you to keep! (Physical copies will be available to each student at a later date after the workshop is completed.) This class will guide and teach you the step-by-step process in creating an actual full color comic.
Serious and inspired Anime artists wanted!

REFLECTIONS OF PEACE - YOGA IN THE GALLERY! August 15th, 5-6pm | Free Admission-Spaces Limited
Stephanie will guide students to listen to their own bodies and abilities during this yoga session. We will move slowly, mindfully and with ease through gentle seated stretches, focusing on breath and body sensations. The class may entail some standing poses, gentle balances and stretches. We will end the practice back down on the mat and enjoy some Sound Healing while in final resting pose or Shavasana.
Dress for movement and comfort. Bring a yoga mat (or towel) and a water, if desired.
ABOUT STEPHStephanie has been a Yoga student for over 10 years and a teacher for 8. When she teaches she guides from a place of compassion, self-acceptance and connection. During her classes, she speaks to focus on breath and noticing sensations in the body in order to help quiet the “monkey mind” which deepens the connection to the most authentic SELF or YOU. Stephanie is also a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and utilizes Sound Healing in all of her yoga classes during Shavasana (final resting pose) by intuitively playing an instrument or using her voice. Her mission is to use her own light and life experience to help guide others to healing in whatever way they need, whether it’s mind, body or heart or all of the aforementioned. She hopes to connect you to YOU!
